Yes! If the orders have not already been processed for shipping, we will combine the orders and refund you the difference in the shipping cost.

Generally, we process orders and have them delivered to the carrier within 24 hours.

Depending on where you live and the service you select, it generally takes 5-7 business days for you to receive your order.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Yes, we currently ship to the following territories: Australia, Canada, South Africa, United Kingdom.

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. The customer is responsible for all duties / VAT charges.

International shipments are not eligible for free shipping.

If you receive a package and/or products that are damaged during shipping, you will need to contact the shipping carrier that was used for the delivery to file a claim. This needs to be done ASAP.

FLAWED Rolls are rolls that contain minor imperfections and do not meet are strict standards for sale as regular rolls. The majority of the roll is still usable.

Scrap Packs contain pieces of vinyl that are left over after processing the vinyl into rolls or sheets. Each Scrap Pack contains approximately 25 pieces of vinyl of various styles, which are entirely random.  No two packs are the same.  There may be two or three pieces of the same style or color. Some pieces may have a minor flaw in them but are entirely usable.


In short... NO. When a customer reaches the payment method page at checkout, their cart is checked against the store's inventory levels. If the inventory is available, then it is held for the customer while they complete the payment. If the inventory has become unavailable, then an error message appears. If a payment fails, then the hold is released until the customer reaches the payment method page again.

Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive confirmation emails at the email address you used when placing your order or text messages if you choose the option. If you did not receive the email, please check the SPAM folder before contacting us. We are happy to assist, but you may already have the answer you are looking for.
